Our growth is driving us to strengthen our IT department team to support the strategic alignment of our information systems with business needs.
Your mission will be to design and govern the enterprise IT architecture in order to ensure scalability, coherence, and performance of our information systems.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM :
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will join the IT department, which is composed of around 35 team members, structured into six specialized teams: GRC, Trust & Security, IT Workplace, IT Tooling, Internal Services, and the newly created IT Architecture team.
This is a highly transversal role, directly reporting to the CIO, Stéphane Gomez, and closely collaborating with all business departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to align our IT strategy with organizational needs.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE :
- Act as lead architect on business-critical IT projects, ensuring proper design and integration with our information systems.
- Define and implement IT architecture standards and governance processes.
- Maintain and optimize our application catalog and landscape governance.
- Own and lead AI-related initiatives by identifying and supporting impactful use cases.
- Take ownership of strategic applications, ensuring their continuous improvement and performance.
- Act as the IT-business liaison, translating business needs into scalable IT solutions
- Support project scoping and prioritization across teams.
- Lead alignment efforts between departments on tool usage and IT standards.
- Evaluate and improve the coherence, cost-efficiency, and long-term scalability of the IT stack.
- Drive clarity and ownership across the internal IT ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Tooling team and AI Engineers across departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize value from internal AI tools

🛠 Hard Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in IT architecture or similar strategic technical roles.
- Deep understanding of IT landscapes, application governance, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Proven ability to design scalable and secure IT systems.
- Strong project management and orchestration skills.
- Comfortable working with modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Familiarity with AI & low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering.
