Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician(2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various bodywork tasks effectively. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team and adherence to safety protocols.

What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels, ensuring that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality and safety. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out tasks such as heavy plastic welding and large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
