Justworks is seeking an Account Development Executive to enhance customer experience and drive upsell strategies. You'll collaborate with various teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This role requires a mix of strategy, operations, and sales skills.
You thrive in an interdisciplinary role that combines strategy, operations, and sales. You have a knack for identifying customer friction points in the upsell process and are skilled at upselling products to current customers. Your experience allows you to propose and implement new strategies and processes that enhance upsell conversion rates while also addressing customer inquiries effectively. You are comfortable working with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product, to ensure a seamless upsell experience for Justworks' smaller business clients.
In this role, you will become an expert in upselling Justworks’ products, specifically transitioning customers from Basic to Plus. You will analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the upsell process. Your responsibilities will include developing new materials and strategies that facilitate upselling and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the upsell catalog meets the evolving needs of customers. As the company grows, you will play a key role in integrating additional Justworks products into the upsell strategy, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive solutions tailored to their business needs.
