In this role, you will take ownership of Okta's flagship global conference, Oktane, and other proprietary events, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and meet strategic objectives. You will work closely with field teams, internal communications, and the digital team to create unified messaging that resonates with attendees. Your responsibilities will include defining the experiential strategy, managing logistics, and ensuring that all elements of the events align with Okta's brand and goals. You will also analyze event performance metrics to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement. By acting as a bridge between strategy, creative, and execution, you will directly contribute to Okta's pipeline growth and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be expected to lead high-stakes workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.
