What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Machine Learning Infrastructure team, you will spearhead the development of a platform that powers Moveworks' conversational AI. Your primary mission is to lead a team of talented engineers in building, optimizing, and scaling the end-to-end systems for the entire ML/LLM lifecycle. This includes overseeing infrastructure for distributed training and inference, model evaluation frameworks, and LLM latency optimization. You will guide the team's technical vision, ensuring that the infrastructure aligns with the operational demands of the core ML product while also pushing forward with innovative research.

You will own the technical vision and roadmap for the end-to-end ML platform, which supports hundreds of production models, including proprietary technologies like MoveLM. Your strategic direction will drive model performance and ensure that the systems you build are robust and scalable. You will also be responsible for mentoring and growing your team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence that aligns with Moveworks' core principles.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of various stakeholders.
