What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for the knowledge base, ensuring that all materials are accurate, complete, and user-friendly. You will supervise the content creation process, including the development of FAQs, process documentation, and guides, while also contributing to the writing and editing of key materials. Regular user research and data analysis will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to evaluate content effectiveness and iterate on strategies to improve user engagement. You will establish content standards and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency across all outputs. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams to ensure that content aligns with product updates and compliance requirements. Managing the daily operations of the content team, you will assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
