What you'll do

As the Head of Legal at Krea, you will design and maintain licensing frameworks for our open-source AI models, allowing third parties to utilize our technology while protecting our intellectual property. You will advise product and research teams on legal risks related to model training, datasets, and outputs, ensuring that all aspects of our operations comply with current regulations. Your role will involve close collaboration with leadership to develop legal strategies that align with our business goals and support our mission of empowering creativity through AI. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in legislation and industry standards, adapting our legal frameworks as necessary to stay ahead of potential challenges. Your insights will be crucial in shaping how we ship and distribute our AI tools safely, and you will play a key role in protecting the company from future litigation.
