Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in technology sectors, with a focus on cloud services. Your experience includes developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with customer transformation goals. You possess strong business acumen and have established executive relationships that enable you to engage effectively with CXOs and technical teams alike.

Your technical expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS, allows you to drive meaningful conversations with software developers, technology partners, and IT architects. You are a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for demanding strategic customers.

You understand the importance of collaboration and stakeholder leadership, working closely with internal teams to define priorities and drive strategic alignment. Your customer obsession drives you to consistently exceed expectations and achieve significant market penetration.

You are adept at fostering cloud adoption and guiding teams to unlock transformational cloud solutions that impact millions of end users. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs positions you as a key player in shaping the future of emerging cloud and AI technologies.

Desirable

Experience in leading sales teams within the technology sector, particularly in cloud computing or AI, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the Latin American market and its unique challenges will be an advantage. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead AWS's most important strategic customer in Latin America, guiding a talented team to drive cloud adoption and customer success. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that are grounded in solid technology foundations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly targets.

You will represent AWS as the principal executive liaison, engaging with key stakeholders to define priorities and drive strategic alignment. Your role will involve fostering relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.

You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be essential in driving meaningful engagement at all levels of the organization.
