Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and execute sales strategies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a driven individual with superb energy and initiative for new business acquisition. You have experience in formulating and executing sales strategies, particularly in the enterprise sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from successful sales leaders in the software industry. You are based in Belgium and are comfortable with a hybrid working model.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales enablement training programs. You are open to feedback and input on sales strategies, demonstrating a growth mindset. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are willing to partner with solution architects and professional services teams to achieve this.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within your assigned territory. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers and build effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our solution architects and professional services team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes. Participation in sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, will be part of your journey to success. You will also work with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to enhance your sales efforts.
