Rho is seeking a Design Intern to support brand, marketing, and growth initiatives. You'll create assets for multi-channel campaigns and collaborate closely with the design team. This role requires proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop.
You are a current student or recent graduate with a strong foundation in design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and composition. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can learn and grow. You are resourceful — when faced with challenges, you proactively seek solutions and ask insightful questions rather than waiting for direction. Excellent time management and communication skills are second nature to you, allowing you to juggle multiple projects effectively. Experience with digital and print design is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing principles. A portfolio showcasing your design work will help demonstrate your skills and creativity.
As a Design Intern at Rho, you will design creative assets for multi-channel campaigns, including web pages, social media content, event activations, and packaging. You will produce polished out-of-home (OOH) assets for client billboards and other large-scale placements, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while experimenting with new visual ideas. You will collaborate with the Growth team to develop performance-driven creative for paid channels, optimizing for impact. Additionally, you will create internal templates, presentations, and branded materials for cross-functional teams, participating in creative reviews and working sessions to iterate quickly and enhance quality. Managing design files and maintaining organized asset libraries will be part of your responsibilities, as will upholding workflow best practices.
