You have significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-tech environment, where you've supported senior executives. You are resourceful and creative, able to navigate ambiguous situations with ease. Your problem-solving abilities allow you to foresee potential issues and address them proactively. You possess impeccable attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. You are comfortable working autonomously and take the initiative to complete tasks efficiently. Your communication skills enable you to coordinate effectively with other executives and their assistants across the organization.
Experience with Apple Calendar is a plus, as it is the primary tool for managing schedules in this role. Familiarity with coordinating large team meetings and organizing catering for events will also be beneficial.
