What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DoorDash, you will take ownership of your assigned shifts, overseeing both warehouse and kitchen processes. You will be responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring that the team works productively.

Your role will involve fulfilling customer orders in a warehouse environment, which may include light food preparation in the kitchen. You will maintain accountability for inventory and equipment, ensuring that everything is properly handled and stored. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers to ensure that their orders are delivered with high quality and addressing any issues that may arise during the process.

In this position, you will work closely with Site Management to support the overall operations of the DashMart. You will play a key role in training new team members and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your leadership will be essential in creating a positive experience for both customers and team members.
