You have over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house, where you've honed your craft in identifying and attracting top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. Your refined taste in talent and sharp judgment enable you to shape roles with hiring managers and drive assessments that lead to high-signal outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity, ensuring that every candidate experience reflects excellence and aligns with the company's talent brand.
Your ability to influence and calibrate leaders on what great talent looks like is a key strength. You understand the nuances of recruiting as a product, crafting processes and tools that enable speed without compromising quality. You possess a strong instinct for spotting exceptional talent beyond just the résumé, and your judgment is trusted by your peers and stakeholders alike.
In this role, you will architect and run searches end-to-end, collaborating closely with hiring managers to shape roles that attract exceptional talent.
