Convene is seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations at their 237 Park Avenue location in New York. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality service and maintaining profitable operations. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

As a Service Manager at Convene, you will be responsible for the success of all programs at the 237 Park Avenue location. You will oversee the culinary service setup and ensure that it is executed efficiently and in accordance with the Program Execution Order. Your role will involve supervising the service team and supporting staff in various operational aspects, including setup, utilities, maintenance, and security. You will coordinate closely with the culinary team to keep them informed of accurate participant counts and service requirements. Additionally, you will review menus and service plans with production and culinary teams to ensure that all offerings meet high standards of quality.
