You understand the nuances of the developer ecosystem — you know what motivates builders and how to create an environment where they can thrive. Your experience includes organizing events such as meetups and hackathons, where you’ve facilitated connections and knowledge sharing among developers. You are passionate about helping others succeed in their careers and are adept at building trust within the community.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of measuring community engagement and growth — while you care about metrics, you prioritize meaningful interactions and the long-term success of community members over vanity metrics. You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate the value of community initiatives to both internal stakeholders and external builders.

Desirable

Experience in AI or cloud computing is a plus, as it allows you to connect more deeply with the community you are building. Familiarity with online community platforms and tools will help you manage and engage with community members effectively.

What you'll do

As the Head of Developer Community at Nebius, you will be responsible for building and scaling the AI builder community from the ground up. This involves launching and operating core community initiatives, including meetups, workshops, and hackathons that foster collaboration and innovation among AI engineers. You will work closely with a small group of trusted builder leaders to create a supportive environment where builders can share knowledge and resources.

You will develop strategies to engage community members and encourage participation in events and initiatives. Your role will require you to be hands-on, actively participating in community events and facilitating discussions that drive engagement. You will also gather feedback from community members to continuously improve the community experience and ensure it meets their needs.

Collaboration with other teams at Nebius will be essential — you will work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community initiatives with company goals and product offerings. Your insights will help shape the direction of community programs and ensure they resonate with builders.
