LOCATION Bangalore, India
This is a World Wide scoped role and the financial analyst will primarily work on planning and reporting financials, driving process improvements through preparing and presenting key management information dashboards and enabling decision making for the senior stakeholders within the CS team. The role needs to work independently with cross vertical teams and senior stakeholders to build and agree on mechanisms to report and track performance to goals. Key job responsibilities
a) Manage the financial planning and analysis effort and forecast relevant metrics for financial risks and opportunities
b) Standardize methodologies and processes related to Defect Elimination projects to improve Customer Experience
c) Standardize processes for store level financial reporting and liaison with Forecasting teams for accurate planning
d) Act as FP&A liaison for monthly financial close process and planning cycles
e) Track and hold team's accountable to planned/OP2 commitments for Defect Elimination goals.
f) Contribute to Cost to Serve by providing visibility on financial performance and driving improvements with Retail teams
g) Drive process improvements, cost savings, and support new business initiatives
h) Lead with limited supervision with good upward and downward communication skills
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
