Overview

Verkada is seeking an Account Executive for their Mid-Market Territory team in San Mateo, CA. You'll be responsible for driving new business acquisition in Canada and managing the complete sales cycle. This role requires fluency in French and a commitment to an in-office culture.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in business acquisition. You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in French, enabling you to engage effectively with clients in Canada. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a world-class sales organization.

You have experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and you are adept at meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Your proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new strategic business opportunities sets you apart in the competitive landscape of sales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will source and cultivate opportunities by proactively identifying and pursuing new strategic business opportunities within select named accounts. You will conduct strategic outbound prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, in-person field events, and online outreach to generate leads. Your ability to manage the complete sales cycle will be crucial as you focus on meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.

You will conduct online demos and create tailored presentations to showcase Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform, which includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs to provide effective solutions.
