You are a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You have experience leading comprehensive financial planning processes, including annual plans and quarterly forecasts. Your ability to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models supports forecasting and scenario analysis, ensuring that you can provide clear insights into financial performance. You thrive in a high-growth business environment and are capable of managing complex financial models while communicating effectively with leadership teams.

You have a proactive approach to your work and are a hands-on leader who can support strategic decision-making across the EMEA region. Your experience includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, allowing you to highlight trends and analyze unexpected variances. You are comfortable collaborating with various functional leaders, including sales operations and corporate finance, to drive financial performance and ensure fiscal discipline.

Desirable

You may have experience in a similar role within a technology or high-growth company, which would be beneficial. Familiarity with financial reporting processes and the ability to provide insightful analysis of regional performance versus budget and forecast will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function for the EMEA region at MongoDB. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models that support forecasting and business case development. Your role will involve managing the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, ensuring that analyses are accurate, timely, and insightful. You will monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.

You will serve as a key finance partner to the EMEA Sales leadership team, collaborating closely with them to drive strategic decision-making. Your insights will help improve financial performance across all regional operations. You will be expected to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively, supporting a high-growth business environment.
