Product Compliance Manager

You are an experienced product compliance expert with a strong background in the fintech and payments industry. You have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and financial crimes considerations, allowing you to effectively partner with product, engineering, and operational teams. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can work independently while knowing when to escalate urgent issues. Your respect for financial rules and regulations drives your eagerness to innovate and push the industry forward. You hold relevant certifications such as ACAMS or CRCM, and possess SQL abilities that enhance your analytical skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will embed with Stripe's product teams, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and enhance products that delight users while meeting compliance obligations. You will help identify, track, and implement compliance requirements, ensuring that the products developed align with regulatory standards. Your expertise will be crucial in building and deploying monitoring tools that support ongoing compliance efforts. You will also have the opportunity to work on new markets and product types, contributing to the overall mission of Stripe to increase the GDP of the internet.
