CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop advanced analytical solutions for client data transformation projects. You'll work with Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques to ensure data quality and integrity. This role requires significant experience in data analysis and modeling.
You have over 5 years of experience in data science, focusing on developing analytical solutions that drive business decisions. Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. You are skilled in machine learning and statistical modeling, enabling you to build predictive models that enhance data quality and integrity. You understand the importance of data profiling and have experience in identifying gaps and inconsistencies in datasets. Your knowledge of graph theory helps you uncover complex relationships within data, providing valuable insights for business strategies. You are familiar with generative AI techniques and modern data science methodologies, which you have applied in previous projects.
Experience with generative AI and modern data analysis techniques is a plus. Familiarity with corporate data management projects, CRM systems, or data governance initiatives will enhance your candidacy. You have participated in projects that utilize graph analysis for relationship insights, showcasing your ability to work with complex data structures.
In this role, you will lead the development of advanced analytical solutions that support critical business decisions. You will conduct studies and analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in client data. Your responsibilities will include building statistical and predictive models for data enrichment and recommendation. You will develop Golden Record models to ensure the best version of client data is maintained. Collaborating with business and engineering teams, you will work on continuous data quality improvement initiatives. You will document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team. Your role will also involve supporting governance initiatives and Master Data Management (MDM) projects, ensuring that data integrity is upheld across the organization.
