Staff Enablement Program Manager - Field Engineering Onboarding

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and scale onboarding frameworks that support hypergrowth in hiring across Field Engineering. You will build repeatable, structured processes to ensure programs can scale globally while maintaining high quality and consistency. Your responsibilities will include creating content and curriculum that translates technical, product, and process complexity into structured, role-specific enablement paths. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable onboarding experiences that reduce ramp time and increase technical and business impact. You will also be responsible for continuously evolving the onboarding programs alongside a fast-moving product and go-to-market strategy.
