AlphaSights is hiring a Mid-level Fullstack Engineer to join their Engineering team. You'll work with React on the frontend and Kotlin microservices with PostgreSQL on the backend. This position requires a strong passion for coding and problem-solving.
You are a talented software engineer with a strong passion for solving problems with code. You take pride in your work and are driven to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external customers. With experience in full-stack development, you are comfortable working with both frontend and backend technologies. Experience with Kotlin and microservices architecture is a plus, as well as familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI and Spinnaker. You are open to exploring new technologies that can enhance the development stack and improve the overall efficiency of the team.
In this role, you will design and implement solutions that contribute to the architectural vision of AlphaSights, aiming to create the world's leading research platform. You will ship working code primarily using React for the frontend and Kotlin for backend microservices, ensuring that the code you release solves real problems effectively. You will take ownership of the problems your team tackles, ensuring a high level of quality in everything that is released. You will also participate in frequent releases to customers, gathering feedback to inform your next iterations. Your role will involve collaborating with a top-performing international development team, where you will learn quickly and build market-leading technology alongside experienced colleagues.
