Apple is seeking a Test Triage & Automation Engineer for the Siri AI Quality Engineering team. You'll support large scale testing activities and help ensure the quality of Siri. This role requires collaboration with engineering and program management teams.
You have a strong background in quality engineering and automation testing, with experience in triaging large scale testing activities. You understand the importance of measuring qualitative experiences and are passionate about advocating for product improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and program management teams to ensure product excellence. Your analytical skills allow you to creatively assess how well products perform and how they can be enhanced to meet customer expectations. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results that delight users.
Experience with AI or voice recognition technologies is a plus. Familiarity with automation frameworks and testing tools will help you excel in this role. A background in software development can also be beneficial, as it allows for better communication with engineering teams.
