Your experience includes working with public safety agencies, where you've developed a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. You excel in building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that their operational goals are met through innovative solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and can effectively communicate the value of advanced technology solutions, such as drones and counter-drone systems.

Familiarity with drone technology and its applications in public safety will give you an edge in this role. You are also comfortable with travel, as this position requires a minimum of 60% travel to engage with clients across your territory.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive for Air products at Axon, you will take ownership of driving engagements with State Patrol agencies. You will work closely with the Key Account Leader to develop and execute strategies that align with the needs of these agencies, helping them deploy drone and counter-drone solutions effectively. Your role will involve serving as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of integrating these technologies into their operations.

You will manage critical partner relationships, including Axon’s partnership with Skydio, to ensure that clients receive integrated solutions that meet their operational requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior public safety leaders will be essential in building trust and demonstrating the value of Axon's offerings. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions delivered are tailored to the specific needs of each agency.

In this role, you will have significant autonomy and influence as you help scale one of Axon’s most strategic public safety initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within your territory and developing plans to capitalize on them. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the direction of Axon's Air products and ensuring that they continue to meet the evolving needs of public safety agencies.
