Desirable

Experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to train others effectively. Familiarity with Amazon's operations and customer service principles will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Driver Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for providing in-role training at an operating site for a duration of 5+ weeks. This training will take place at a location that is 50+ miles away from your home site, and all travel accommodations will be arranged and paid for by Amazon. You will work closely with Delivery Associates, guiding them through the training process and ensuring they understand the expectations and standards of service.

Your role will involve conducting hands-on training sessions, where you will demonstrate best practices and provide feedback to trainees. You will also facilitate discussions and encourage questions to foster a collaborative learning environment. Your goal is to build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates who are equipped to meet the demands of our customers, even in remote areas.

You will collaborate with other trainers and operational teams to continuously improve the training process and ensure that it aligns with Amazon's core Leadership Principles. Your contributions will help shape the future of last-mile delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
