Product Manager

Why this role matters

Remi is reimagining the $50B roofing market, pairing software with a nationwide contractor network to bring speed, predictability, and fairness to an industry that needs it. Product managers here are outcome owners, not just project managers or task coordinators. You will make sure we build the right things, at the right times, in the right ways. You will lead a pod of engineers, designers, and product ops partners to deliver meaningful impact for homeowners, contractors, partners, and internal users.

What you’ll do

• Own the roadmap and outcomes for your pod, creating clarity even in ambiguous spaces

• Talk to users and internal teams often, embedding insights directly into priorities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather input and make the product successful with key user groups

• Break down problems to their simplest form, thinking from first principles to reach sound solutions

• Make hard calls on scope, timing, and tradeoffs so the team can focus on high-leverage work

• Go deeper than specs by contributing directly to solutions when needed, whether prototyping, doing a first pass in Cursor, or applying design or technical skills to move the work forward

• Drive projects from concept to launch, measuring success by impact, not activity

• Build trust, accountability, and momentum inside your pod through strong rituals and communication

What we’re looking for

• Prior product management experience, whether as a PM, designer, or product-focused engineer (4+ years at a product-focused company)

• Proven ability to own outcomes end to end, not just manage tasks

• Comfort operating with autonomy in ambiguous, high-stakes areas

• Strong product taste, with an instinct for what makes a solution elegant and effective

• Curiosity to deeply understand users, workflows, and systems

• Drive for simplicity, craft, and quality in the products you build

• Communication skills that create clarity and alignment across functions and levels

• Ability to excel under pressure, bringing clarity and calm when stakes are high

• Ability to work in office in Lehi 5 days a week
