Who you are

You have a solid background in IT support, with experience in providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to tackle a variety of technical challenges independently. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet user needs. You have a proactive approach to IT support, ensuring that you stay ahead of potential issues and provide timely solutions. Your communication skills enable you to interact effectively with users, ensuring they feel supported and understood. You are familiar with managing IT equipment for onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide onsite technical support for your peers in Mexico, addressing a wide range of IT issues from basic troubleshooting to more complex incidents. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. You will respond promptly to IT support tickets, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high user satisfaction. Collaborating with the global IT team, you will help maintain the infrastructure, including servers and networks, and perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups. You will document IT procedures and contribute to the overall improvement of the IT support processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared and accessible to the team. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company's mission to innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide.
