You have a proven track record in technical program management, ideally with experience in aerospace or complex engineering projects. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in cross-functional teams sets you apart. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and foster collaboration across teams. Your experience in risk management and operational readiness will be crucial as you help shape the future of rocket development at Relativity Space.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace industry or with rocket development is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and customer engagement processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in engineering or a related technical field will provide you with the necessary foundation to understand the complexities of vehicle design and operations.

What you'll do

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead initiatives that ensure operational readiness for the Terran R vehicle. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to develop and implement processes that support vehicle testing and launch operations. Your role will involve defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and progress. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
