Who you are

You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing the entire sales process autonomously, from initial contact to lead qualification. Your customer-centric approach drives you to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and you adapt well to the dynamic nature of a startup environment. You possess business-level proficiency in Japanese and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively analyze customer needs and propose solutions. You have a solid understanding of business applications, particularly tools used in sales, marketing, and customer support, such as Google Apps, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads. You will engage with potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Workato's solutions and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will also conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor your outreach accordingly. Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to the development of effective messaging and strategies to enhance lead generation efforts. Your ability to manage relationships and provide excellent customer service will be crucial in converting leads into opportunities. You will track your activities and results in Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement in your approach.
