Deliveroo is hiring an Account Manager to oversee restaurant brand relationships and drive growth in the Italian market. You'll work closely with various internal departments to provide consultancy services. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales.

Your ability to collaborate with various internal departments, such as marketing and operations, allows you to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands. You are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in the restaurant or food delivery industry would be a plus, as it provides you with valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement will set you apart. What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights with partners to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance their satisfaction. Negotiating contract terms and conditions will be a key part of your role, as you work to align company goals with partner needs to improve financial performance and consumer value proposition.

You will plan and execute portfolio strategies aimed at increasing performance and loyalty, positively impacting both absolute metrics and relative market share. Your role will involve controlling the perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks to ensure the success of your portfolio.
