You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the hospitality or events industry. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients is key — you understand their needs and can tailor solutions that align with their business objectives. You are skilled at identifying market opportunities and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop insights into target sectors and audiences. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and present compelling proposals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values integrity and teamwork.

Desirable

Experience in international sales or market expansion is a plus. Familiarity with the hospitality sector and an understanding of corporate event planning will help you excel in this role. A network of contacts within the UK and European markets can provide a significant advantage.

What you'll do

As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving net new leads and expanding Convene's market presence across the UK and Europe. You will build and manage a defined list of corporate and association targets, ensuring a deep understanding of their event spend and business objectives.
