Amazon is hiring an ICQA & ISS Area Manager to oversee inventory control and quality assurance in their Fulfillment Centers. You'll ensure operational efficiency and adherence to processes while leading a motivated team. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in operations management, particularly in inventory control and quality assurance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of maintaining high performance and quality of service in fulfillment operations. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct extensive research and analysis to identify and correct inventory discrepancies effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively between corporate teams and on-site operations. You understand the importance of adhering to processes and are committed to ensuring that your team does the same.
In this role, you will lead the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) and Inbound Support Services (ISS) team within Amazon's Fulfillment Centers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all teams maintain their performance and quality of service. You will conduct audits to assess team efficiency and adherence to agreed processes, highlighting any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will manage the link between Corporate Retail teams and on-site operations, investigating and resolving any receiving and inventory issues. Your role will involve a significant amount of analysis and research to understand inventory vacancies and implement corrective actions. You will also be responsible for proactively auditing team performance and ensuring that all processes are followed to deliver the best results for customers.
