Hootsuite is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Enterprise Sales to develop and close new business with larger enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for managing your own pipeline and executing sales strategies. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and a strong ability to engage with C-suite executives.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel in developing and executing account growth strategies that resonate with larger enterprise customers. Your ability to manage complex sales cycles from opportunity creation to closing is well-honed, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable engaging with senior and C-suite executives, presenting solutions that align with their business priorities. You understand the importance of building long-term partnerships and are skilled at uncovering business needs through strategic conversations. You are results-driven and have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding quota targets.
Experience in social media management or related industries would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques is also beneficial. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
In this role, you will take ownership of your sales pipeline, identifying and generating outbound opportunities with prospective enterprise customers. You will develop and execute an industry-specific account growth strategy, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quarterly targets. You will lead longer sales cycles, from value creation to negotiation and closing, effectively communicating the value of Hootsuite's solutions to potential clients. Your role will involve managing complex evaluations and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will also be responsible for accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue attainment, providing insights to your manager and the broader sales team. Your strategic conversations will help align Hootsuite's offerings with the business objectives of your clients, fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
