JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (BI)

Job description

• Participate in company projects, understand customers' business analysis scenarios, and organize them into clear analytical logic.
• Using data analysis tools like Power BI to create visual reports, proficiently using various Power BI components such as data modeling and visualization, and master DAX functions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the accuracy of report data after project launch.
• Conduct knowledge transfer for the project, sharing and training.

Requirements

• College or university graduate.
• Able to work full-time.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong logical thinking skills, enabling quick understanding of customer’s requirements and technical solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.
• Proficient in using Power BI tools and DAX functions, SQL Server database.
• Having the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and the ability to reprioritize when necessary.
• Experience with Power BI, familiar with the workflow of BI projects, and able to independently complete report development work, SQL Analysis Service, AWS，Amazon Redshift, understanding of data ETL processes is preferred.
