Job Description

FACILITATE ASSOCIATE TRAINING
• Be involved in the training of each new hire
• Observe and give feedback to Ambassadors
• Be a subject matter expert in every role CRITICAL ROLES TRAINING
• Identify critical roles needs in the SC
• Subject matter expert able to train associates in any role
PERMISSIONS
• Grant permissions for associates, logistics team, and Ops leaders at the SC
• Manage permissions of Day 1 associates
• Update share drive with permission guidelines: TRAINING RECORDS
• Collect training rosters and submit updates to proper database
• Train Ambassadors on proper training recording and labor tracking

SUPPORT OPERATIONS
• Attend stand-ups and deliver learning related messages
• Work with Op’s to improve safety, quality, and service
• Work in process
• Attend Gemba, provide feedback for Learning Department MENTOR
• Maintain a positive attitude both on and off the floor
• Practice the Learning Principles
• Find the answer
• Put the associate first
• Work alongside associates in their process path
• Encourage growth within Amazon

The base pay for this position ranges from $38,480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49,920/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
