You have a proven track record in business operations, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you’ve successfully driven alignment and execution across teams. You thrive on turning ambiguity into clear plans and outcomes, and you enjoy being the connective tissue of an organization. Your ability to design effective planning cycles and business reviews is complemented by your hands-on approach to supporting critical company priorities. You are curious and bold, eager to contribute to a borderless financial system. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving organizational goals.
Experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus, as is familiarity with stablecoin technology or digital payments. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes. A background in strategic planning or project management would also be beneficial.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Business Operations and be responsible for enhancing Rain’s operating cadence. You will evolve planning cycles, OKRs, and business reviews to ensure that teams are aligned and focused on the right problems. Your responsibilities will include designing quarterly business reviews and company scorecards, as well as reviewing go-to-market targeting criteria to improve conversion rates. Your hands-on support will be crucial in driving the most important company priorities forward.
