What you'll do

As a Talent Management Partner at Robinhood, you will own the strategy and execution of performance management across the organization. You will set expectations, assess performance, and recognize the impact of top talent. Your role will involve leading talent reviews and succession planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles now and in the future. You will partner closely with the People Team and business leaders to drive accountability and clarity around performance metrics. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster employee growth and engagement, ensuring that high performers are recognized and developed.
