You have a strong background in talent management and performance strategies, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a bold thinker and a sharp problem-solver, ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. You excel at moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution, ensuring clarity and consistency in performance management processes. You are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming different backgrounds and perspectives.
Experience in the finance sector or with technology-driven organizations is a plus. Familiarity with performance management systems and succession planning processes will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and improve talent management practices.
