What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the evolution of Fairmarkit's Design System, ensuring that it meets the needs of various product teams while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and create high-quality design solutions that enhance user experience.

You will drive the adoption of the Design System across teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that all design work aligns with established standards. Your ability to set direction and influence design practices will be crucial in raising the quality bar for the broader product.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions — your findings will help shape the direction of the Design System and ensure that it effectively addresses user needs. You will also create design documentation and guidelines to facilitate collaboration and maintain consistency across products.
