Coupang is hiring a Staff Data Analyst to provide insights that enhance customer experience. You'll work with Python and R to analyze vast amounts of data. This role requires experience in e-commerce analytics and strong statistical skills.
You have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on enhancing customer experience through insightful reporting. Your experience includes working with large datasets, particularly in the e-commerce sector, where you've gained a deep understanding of customer behavior. You are proficient in Python and R, and you are comfortable using version control systems like Git. Your educational background includes a master's degree in statistics or engineering, or you possess equivalent experience that showcases your analytical skills. You have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, which allows you to convey complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.
Experience with other statistical packages is a plus, as is familiarity with modern data tools. You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance your analytical capabilities.
