Overview

Benevity is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their global BDR function and drive pipeline and revenue. This role requires strategic vision and leadership skills to enhance the BDR function and align with company goals.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your leadership style is characterized by your ability to inspire and mentor others, fostering a high-performing culture within your team. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop data-driven strategies that align with market trends and company objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about social impact and understand the importance of aligning business goals with purpose-driven initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in technology or social impact sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with sales metrics and performance management. You may have a background in coaching and developing talent, which will be crucial in leading the BDR team to success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the global BDR team, ensuring alignment with core markets and company objectives. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance metrics, such as sales accepted leads and pipeline generation. Your strategic leadership will be essential in enhancing the BDR function, driving long-term success and adapting to market changes. You will lead the team through effective coaching and mentorship, focusing on professional development and performance management. Daily activities will include monitoring team performance, conducting regular check-ins, and providing feedback to ensure quotas are met. You will also collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to growth.
