You understand the importance of engineering excellence and are committed to fostering best practices within your team. You are also adept at recruiting top talent to build a high-performing team that can tackle complex challenges.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Notebook Dataplane team, you will lead the charge in defining and executing the vision for stateful user code execution services. You will partner closely with serverless platform teams to ensure the successful delivery of this critical service. Your responsibilities will include owning the roadmap and execution of team deliverables, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on schedule. You will define best practices for engineering excellence, including conducting design reviews and maintaining code quality.
