You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in color-matching and mixing paint. As an Airbrush Technician, you understand the importance of precision and attention to detail in your work. You are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment, and you appreciate the value of using state-of-the-art tools to deliver high-quality results. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to ensure that vehicles are prepared to meet customer expectations.
Experience with various automotive painting techniques and tools is a plus. A background in automotive repair or a related field can enhance your candidacy. You are open to receiving training and are motivated to improve your skills as you progress in your career.
As an Airbrush Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for airbrushing vehicles to ensure they meet the company's high standards. You will work closely with your team to color-match and mix paint, ensuring that every vehicle looks its best before it reaches the customer. You will utilize advanced tools and techniques in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of our automotive offerings. Your role will involve preparing vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, which includes sanding, masking, and taping as necessary. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.
