Coupang is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable services. You'll work closely with leadership and teams to deliver complex systems. This role requires significant experience in backend engineering.
You have extensive experience in backend engineering, ideally with a focus on designing and developing scalable services. You understand the importance of aligning with leadership and stakeholders to drive projects forward and build trust within teams. Your ability to execute the delivery of complex systems is complemented by your knowledge of scalability, future extensibility, and reliability in service design.
