As a Tax Jr Analyst at VTEX, you will manage tax and accounting activities to ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations. You will review and calculate Direct and Indirect Tax and returns, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up to date. You will also register and reconcile journal entries related to tax accounts, including recoverable, payable, and expense accounts. Staying informed about changes in Brazilian tax legislation will be crucial, as you will share key updates with your team. You will prepare documentation for tax audits and inspections, collaborating with local and global teams to align tax, accounting, and finance processes effectively.
