Braze is seeking a Principal AI Success Manager to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with BrazeAI. You'll manage executive relationships and drive renewals and expansions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer success.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building and maintaining executive relationships, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the products they use. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies is key to your success. You are comfortable working hands-on with customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of AI solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes for your clients. You are open to new perspectives and continuously seek to learn and grow in your role.
As the Principal AI Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that BrazeAI customers achieve their desired outcomes. This involves managing executive relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts. You will shape and execute use cases that demonstrate the value of BrazeAI, driving renewals and expansions through strategic engagement. Your role will require you to quarterback internal resources, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. You will serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and Marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also be involved in training and onboarding new customers, helping them to understand the full capabilities of BrazeAI. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the overall impact of BrazeAI on their business outcomes.
