You have a strong background in partner engagement and experience management, with a focus on building effective communications and workflows that enhance partner relationships. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and public relations, to drive successful partner initiatives. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and understand the importance of diversity in achieving business goals. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all partner interactions are seamless and effective.
Experience in the tech industry or with internet infrastructure companies is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation in partner engagement processes. A background in project management or operations will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of partner relationships.
In this role, you will support the Principal Partner Engagement & Experience Manager by taking ownership of key partner communications and content operations. You will develop and execute strategies that enhance the digital experience for partners, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. Collaborating closely with the Partner Marketing and PR teams, you will create engaging content that resonates with partners and drives engagement. You will also analyze partner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the partner experience.
Your responsibilities will include managing partner communications, coordinating events, and ensuring that all partner-facing materials are up-to-date and aligned with Cloudflare's mission. You will work on initiatives that promote partner success and satisfaction, leveraging your insights to inform future strategies. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with partners, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
