Product Designer - Internal Tools

Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, ideally with experience in creating internal tools that streamline complex workflows. You understand the importance of user experience and are skilled at translating operational needs into intuitive designs. Your proficiency in Figma allows you to create polished, production-ready UX and UI that meet the high standards expected by discerning users. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions align with business goals. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every aspect of your design contributes to a seamless user experience. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing internal tools that support various teams within Atlas, including concierge, dining operations, and credit teams. You will collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to define the design direction and ensure that your designs are aligned with the overall product vision. You will conduct user research to understand the needs of internal users and iterate on your designs based on feedback. Your work will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate your design ideas. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work. As you develop these tools, you will focus on creating a seamless and high-touch experience for users, ensuring that the tools are not only functional but also enjoyable to use. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design system and help establish best practices for internal tool design at Atlas.
