Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light bodywork tasks effectively. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to prepare them for painting and finishing. You will remove and install bumpers, perform minor plastic welding, and carry out small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that you have the resources needed to perform your job efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company. Your commitment to teamwork and quality will be essential as you work alongside other technicians to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards.
