Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of quality in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with paint mixing and airbrush techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with state-of-the-art tools used in automotive painting. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting. You will also engage in buffing and touch-up work to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall customer experience by delivering vehicles that are visually appealing and ready for sale. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
