Senior Software Engineering Manager, Robotic Test Automation

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development across various programming languages including Python, C, C++, Java, and JavaScript. With at least 5 years in a technical leadership role, you have honed your skills in people management and team leadership, guiding engineers to optimize their code and achieve project goals. Your experience in a matrixed organization has equipped you to navigate complex technical and product issues effectively. A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred, along with a background in robotics or on-device development. You are familiar with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning systems, and you possess the ability to anticipate and manage tests and obstacles.

Desirable

Experience with robotics or on-device development is a plus, as is familiarity with AI or machine learning systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at connecting hardware, embedded software, and advanced robotics models to construct integrated testing systems.
